The traditional event with the GT Open International Series returns to the Temple of Speed in 2024, confirming itself as one of the major GT pro-am racing platforms in Europe. It was 2006 when GT Sport and ex-driver Jesús Pareja launched the series, shortly after the launch of the GT Sport single-seater formula, today’s Euroformula.
All the GT Open tracks are historic Formula 1 Championship tracks, with a 2024 calendar that will not differ greatly from that of 2023. Portimão confirmed, which will open the season on April 28th . Monza will be the last stage between 18 and 20 October 2024 , and could be decisive for the assignment of the drivers’ and constructors’ titles, after the Barcelona event on the weekend of 29 September.
