  1. The following documentation is required for the correct conduct of the event, and must be sent to the SIAS offices indicated below at least 15 days in advance of the event<\/strong> : Floor plan with the layout of the temporary structures and areas to be used<\/li>\n
  2. Project relating to the primary electrical energy distribution system (if present)<\/li>\n
  3. Technical report of the temporary structure<\/li>\n
  4. For each individual structure:
    \na) Attachment A08a – Structure declarations – accreditation phase
    \nb) Static verification design and calculation;
    \nc) Certificate of conformity of dedicated electrical systems;
    \nd) Reaction to fire certificates of the covering sheets and materials used for the fittings;
    \ne) ONLY AFTER ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED the Certification of correct assembly Attachment A08b.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
