Once the profile has been validated, users may proceed with the accreditation request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International media outlets<\/strong> must submit their requests directly to the <strong>F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de l\u2019Automobile (FIA).<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All applications will be reviewed and submitted to the FIA, which retains full authority over final approval.<br \/>\nIncomplete or late applications will not be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Accreditation approvals will be communicated no earlier than <strong>two weeks<\/strong> prior to the event.<\/li>\n<li>These accreditation guidelines apply exclusively to the FIA Formula One World Championship.<\/li>\n<li>Each media outlet or agency may be granted a maximum of <strong>two<\/strong> or <strong>three<\/strong> accreditations, intended for journalists and\/or photographers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The FIA, as the rights holder of the Championship, acknowledges the importance of journalistic and photographic coverage, provided such coverage fully respects the intellectual property rights licensed by the FIA to FOM and to third parties associated with the Championship.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_accordion sign=&#8221;plus&#8221; gutter_simple=&#8221;0&#8243; title=&#8221;MEDIA ACCREDITATION RULES&#8221; active_tab=&#8221;0&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;101176&#8243;][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;Media Outlets &amp; Agencies&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1626808277-1-74162852471897216324064362214&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;119269&#8243;]Only professional journalists and photographers may apply for accreditation. The media pass is a working tool and must be used in good faith.<\/p>\n<p>The FIA will consider accreditation requests only from outlets and agencies that:<\/p>\n<p>a) meet FIA\u2019s minimum circulation and quality criteria;<\/p>\n<p>b) adhere to FIA\u2019s standards in terms of format and editorial quality;<\/p>\n<p>c) are publicly available at newsstands (for print media only).<\/p>\n<p>PR agencies, advertising firms, and similar organizations will not be accredited.<br \/>\nLikewise, sponsor representatives (such as communications officers), suppliers, teams, drivers, or affiliated personnel are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>Publishers, marketing staff, newsroom assistants, and social media managers cannot be accredited as media.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;Websites&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1628525030204-1-216324064362217&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;624243&#8243;]Accreditation is granted only to professional, independent news websites. Accreditation may not be used for commercial, promotional, PR, or entertainment purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Each website may accredit only one representative, unless the FIA, at its discretion, grants additional passes.<\/p>\n<p>Websites affiliated with already accredited print or broadcast outlets will not receive separate online accreditation and must operate under the existing accreditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Website eligibility requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 250,000 unique monthly users;<\/li>\n<li>Fully dedicated to Formula 1 or includes a dedicated F1 section;<\/li>\n<li>Publishes regular content related to the Championship;<\/li>\n<li>Provides free public access to all content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Not eligible:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sites on free platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Hobby or non-commercial websites;<\/li>\n<li>Blogs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must include a privacy policy and a mechanism for right of reply;<\/li>\n<li>Must fully comply with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Intellectual Property Protection:<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants must respect the IP rights of the FIA, Formula One Group, and third parties.<br \/>\nUnauthorized recording, reproduction, use of trademarks\/logos, or dissemination of content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of the pass and permanent exclusion from FIA events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coverage obligations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one daily article (minimum 250 words) from Friday to Monday;<\/li>\n<li>At least one in-depth article (minimum 500 words) per event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;Radio &amp; TV&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1750927768394-2-54&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;974278&#8243;]Radio and television broadcasters must submit their media accreditation requests directly via email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:press@monzanet.it\">press@monzanet.it<\/a>.<\/strong> They are not required to register through the PASS SYSTEM.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;Influencer&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1750927911597-3-18&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;195546&#8243;]Influencers interested in covering the Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio d\u2019Italia must send their accreditation requests via email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:press@monzanet.it\">press@monzanet.it<\/a>.<\/strong> They are not required to register through the PASS SYSTEM.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;Commercial Photographers&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1750927956190-4-14&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;189034&#8243;]Commercial photographers must submit their accreditation requests exclusively via email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:press@monzanet.it\">press@monzanet.it<\/a>.<\/strong>They are not required to register through the PASS SYSTEM.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][\/vc_accordion][vc_accordion sign=&#8221;plus&#8221; sign_size=&#8221;md&#8221; gutter_simple=&#8221;0&#8243; title=&#8221;CRITERIA &amp; REQUIREMENTS&#8221; active_tab=&#8221;0&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;210899&#8243;][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;PRINT PUBLICATIONS&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1628524414-1-61632406436270&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;790204&#8243;]<strong>DAILY NEWSPAPERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accreditation is limited to outlets that provide substantial and consistent coverage of the event,with priority given to those regularly publishing F1-related content.<\/p>\n<p>Coverage must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An introductory article in Thursday\u2019s edition;<\/li>\n<li>Feature articles in Friday and Saturday editions;<\/li>\n<li>If possible, a race-day preview in Sunday\u2019s edition;<\/li>\n<li>A race summary in Monday\u2019s edition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PUBBLICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coverage must be concrete and significant, with a relevant portion of content dedicated to Formula 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM PRINT CIRCULATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50,000 copies<\/strong> for national dailies;<\/li>\n<li><strong>20,000 copies<\/strong> for weekly or monthly publications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab gutter_size=&#8221;2&#8243; column_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;WEBSITES&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1628524414-2-551632406436270&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;383634&#8243;]The FIA will not grant separate accreditation to websites tied to media organizations already holding press credentials. In such cases, the site must operate using the pass issued to the parent media company.<\/p>\n<p>Websites must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 250,000 unique monthly users;<\/li>\n<li>Must be fully dedicated to Formula 1 or include a dedicated Formula 1 section;<\/li>\n<li>Must publish regular content on the Championship;<\/li>\n<li>Must offer free access to all users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not eligible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Websites on free platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Hobby or non-commercial websites;<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The website must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a privacy policy and right of reply policy;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and good practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rights Protection<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants must respect the intellectual property rights of the FIA, the Formula One Group, and third parties. Any unauthorized filming, audio recording, use of trademarks or logos, or distribution of non-authorized content is strictly prohibited.
