Lando Norris<\/b> , winner last week in Holland, will start tomorrow in pole position in the<\/span> 2024 Formula 1 Pirelli Italian Grand Prix<\/b> which will start at 3 p.m. (53 laps to go): the British McLaren driver stopped the clock at 1’19″327, average 262.896 km\/h. Next to him on the front row is teammate <\/span>Oscar Plates<\/b>. The Australian got 1’19″436. On the second row <\/span>George Russell<\/b> with the first Mercedes (1’19\u201d440) and Ferrari driver<\/span> Charles Leclerc<\/b> (1’19″461). In third the other Maranello driver. <\/span>Carlos Sainz<\/b> (1’19\u201d467) and his successor in red:<\/span> Lewis Hamilton<\/b> with the second Mercedes (1’19″513). Seventh time for the three-time world champion <\/span>Max Verstappen<\/b> (Red Bull), winner of the last two editions, with 1’20″022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Norris was presented with the Queen’s Ring by the undersecretary of the Presidency of the Lombardy Region, Mauro Piazza, and the Mayor of Monza, Paolo Pilotto <\/span>the Queen’s Ring<\/b>, which reproduces in likeness the Iron Crown (made during the Lombard reign, used to crown several Holy Roman Emperors, Napoleon Bonaparte, and finally since 1890 included in the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Italy). Some features of the racing world reminiscent of the checkered flag have been added to this ring. In F2 success of Englishman <\/span>Oliver Bearman<\/b> (Prema). In F3, German<\/span> Tim Tramniz<\/b> (MP Motosport) won.<\/span> Leonardo Fornaroli<\/b> (Trident) finished ninth ahead of title rival Gabriele Min\u00ec (Prema). “It was a good race, I started 16th, in the first half of the race the car was really going very strong – explained Fornaroli -, in the final instead I suffered some degradation in the rear, so unfortunately I lost two positions. However, I collected important points, now I will work to fix the car in the best possible way for tomorrow’s race.” Here, instead, are the words of Min\u00ec, driver of ACI Team Italia: “It was a very close race. I lost a few positions on the first lap, and that definitely didn’t help me, but at the end of the race I managed to recover some of them. We were not the fastest on the track but we can work well for tomorrow. We are playing for everything there.” Sunday’s race will start at 8:35 a.m. (22 laps. <\/span><\/p>\n
