The famous training formula-which was so named because the first cars cost 875,000 liras-gathered at the Tazio Nuvolari press room former drivers, team managers, constructors, technicians and those who, working for the famous Lombardy facility, helped organize races and championships. After the introductory greeting by Autodromo Nazionale Monza President <strong>Giuseppe Redaelli<\/strong>, coordinated by journalists and photographers <strong>Ugo Vicenzi<\/strong> and <strong>Massimo Campi<\/strong>, personalities such as <strong>Arnaldo Bernacchini<\/strong> &#8211; famous navigator, driver, organizer &#8211; <strong>Adriano Salvati<\/strong>, Giovanni&#8217;s brother and president of Scuderia Salvati, <strong>Meo Maestri<\/strong> took turns at the microphones, 1979 champion with Melesi and grandson of engineer Nicola Romeo, <strong>Pippo Bianchi<\/strong>, iconic driver of Formula Monza, <strong>Peo Consonni,<\/strong> former Italian F2000 champion, who started with &#8220;pettarelle,&#8221; <strong>Marcello Corsini,<\/strong> now technical manager of Dallara, who recalled the figure of Sandro Corsini, <strong>Massimo Pollini<\/strong> and <strong>Emilio Redaelli<\/strong>, longtime head of racing activities for the Volkswagen Group.<\/p>\n<p>Also featured were former Autodromo Nazionale Monza employees <strong>Simonetta Fossati,<\/strong> secretary and factotum of the Trofeo Cadetti, who recalled the figure of Romolo Tavoni, Monza&#8217;s track director from 1964 to 1992 and creator of Formula Monza; <strong>Marco Tremolada<\/strong>, former track office manager who was employed as a &#8220;model&#8221; for the car&#8217;s launch, dressing as a driver; and <strong>Daniele Galbiati<\/strong>, long at the sports office and later race director.<\/p>\n<p>The 60th anniversary of the Cadet Trophy was also celebrated with an exhibition, at the former Museum, featuring some 15 vintage cars.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening, however, at the briefing room was held the awarding of the 2024 Champions of the Italian Hill Climb Historic Car Championship and track competitions.
