The Autodromo Nazionale Monza is set for another action-packed motorsport weekend, hosting the fourth round of the 2026 Eurocup-3 season from 31 July to 2 August 2026, alongside a full schedule of support categories.<\/p>\n
The 2026 Eurocup-3 season arrives at Monza for its fourth event with James Egozi firmly established at the top of the championship standings. The Israeli driver leads the way with 142 points, having claimed four victories, six podium finishes, five fastest laps and three pole positions in the opening eight races of the season. Rookie Ean Eyckmans sits second on 86 points, while Palou Motorsport heads the Teams’ Championship with 216 points, ahead of MP Motorsport. A total of 30 drivers will take to the grid.<\/p>\n
The 2026 season also marks a major technical step forward with the introduction of the new Dallara 326, designed to deliver improved aerodynamic performance while maintaining the highest FIA safety standards. The car is powered by a Toyota TGE33 1.6-litre turbocharged engine prepared by TOM’S, paired with a Hewland gearbox, Cosworth electronics, and premium technical partners including Hankook, PFC Brakes, Ravenol, and ETS Racing Fuel. These developments further reinforce Eurocup-3 as one of the leading development series on the road to Formula 1.<\/p>\n
Alongside Eurocup-3, the weekend will also feature the extensive FX Racing Weekend programme, with six categories on track. Topjet Formula 2000 will contest its fifth round of the season. Reigning champion Sandro Zeller, driving a Dallara F312, currently leads the standings ahead of Andrea Benalli and Stig Larsen. The grid will also include Tatuus Formula Renault 2.0 cars, Formula Regional machinery and competitors from the Austria Formel Cup.<\/p>\n
Excitement is also building for Supersport GT, the premier GT category of the FX Championship, featuring Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Lotus machinery. Among the entries to watch are the Pollini Racing Team Lamborghini Super Trofeo EVO driven by Gioele and Matteo Pollini, the Ferrari 296 Challenge of Giorgio and Giulio Bacco, fresh from a double victory at Misano, and the new Lotus Emira Cup, which will also feature Alberto Naska, alongside the competitors of the Ligier JS2 R Italian Trophy.<\/p>\n
One of the major innovations for the 2026 season is the introduction of X-F3, a category reserved for Tatuus T318 cars configured to Formula Regional and Eurocup-3 aerodynamic specifications. Following a dominant opening double victory, Paraguayan driver Mateo Valente arrives at Monza as the championship leader.<\/p>\n
In the FX Pro Series, the premier single-seater category of the FX Championship, reigning champion Salvatore Liotti will be the driver to beat after securing four wins from the opening six races of the season aboard the Tatuus T014.<\/p>\n
Completing the programme is the Mitjet series, which joins the FX Championships for the first time this year and features a grid of around twenty cars. After claiming a double victory at Magione, Alessandro Raimondi will be aiming to continue his winning form at Monza.<\/p>\n
The weekend will also feature the Predator’s Trophy, one of the longest-running championships within the FX Racing programme. The series will field a full grid of PC015 single-seaters powered by Yamaha and Honda engines. Current championship leader Riccardo Tocu will be the benchmark for the rest of the field.<\/p>\n
Admission for spectators will be free of charge, with paid parking available and free access to all open grandstands. The paddock will be reserved for accredited personnel only.
