{"id":30559,"date":"2026-10-13T10:42:54","date_gmt":"2026-10-13T08:42:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monzanet.it\/?p=30559"},"modified":"2026-10-13T10:45:29","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T08:45:29","slug":"fia-renews-three-star-environmental-accreditation-for-the-circuit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.monzanet.it\/en\/fia-renews-three-star-environmental-accreditation-for-the-circuit\/","title":{"rendered":"FIA RENEWS THREE-STAR ENVIRONMENTAL ACCREDITATION FOR THE CIRCUIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">The FIA has confirmed the renewal of the Three-Star Environmental Accreditation for Autodromo Nazionale Monza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">The recognition follows a review of the documentation submitted by the circuit, which highlighted the robustness of its environmental management system and the strategy adopted to continuously improve its environmental performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">The documentation assessed included the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 20121:2024 certifications, relating to environmental management and the sustainable management of events, respectively, as well as the Sustainable Event Management Policy, the ESG Impact Report 2025, environmental objectives and related improvement programmes, internal audit records, greenhouse gas emissions inventories, and documentation relating to supply chain management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">The FIA assessment highlights Autodromo Nazionale Monza\u2019s strong commitment to environmental protection and sustainability, underpinned by a structured system of objectives, performance monitoring, internal audits and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">A particularly significant aspect concerns the development of the greenhouse gas emissions inventory, which takes into account Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, as well as the relevant Scope 3 categories. This approach makes it possible to broaden the monitoring of the climate impact of the circuit\u2019s activities and identify further areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">The continuous improvement process also includes initiatives focused on energy and fuel consumption, waste management, sustainable mobility and biodiversity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\">\u201cThe confirmation of the FIA Three-Star accreditation,\u201d said President Giuseppe Redaelli, \u201crepresents further recognition of the path undertaken by Autodromo Nazionale Monza towards an increasingly structured and sustainable management of its activities and of the major motorsport events hosted at the Temple of Speed.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The FIA has confirmed the renewal of the Three-Star Environmental Accreditation for Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
