A bicycle race and a foot race on the weekend of the Temple of Speed

On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October two traditional events in the Brianza Circuit calendar return to the track. These are the Ganten Monza 12H Cycling Marathon and the Ganten Monza21 Half Marathon. Access for the public is free.

A cycling race and a marathon in the next weekend of the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. In fact, on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October the Temple of Speed will host both the Ganten Monza 12H Cycling Marathon and the Ganten Monza21 Half Marathon, two FollowYourPassion events. Events that demonstrate how the centenary Monza track is able to accommodate the most diverse types of sports disciplines and not just engines in its facilities, both on and off the track.

It starts on Saturday 15 October with the Ganten Monza 12H Cycling Marathon, now in its seventh edition, an endurance race for bicycles registered in the international calendar of the Ultra Marathon Cycling Association and for which participants acquire points for the Ultracycling World Cup, the discipline for lovers of endurance bike races. At the Ganten Monza 12H Cycling Marathon you can take part individually or in teams of 2, 4, 8 athletes, and teams of 5, 6 or 7 members are also allowed. The race will start at noon and will end at midnight, to make room for the awards ceremony.

A few hours later, Sunday 16 October, it will be the turn of the fans of foot races, with the Ganten Monza21 Half Marathon that will allow runners to compete on different distances, both competitively and amateur. For those who want to compete, it can be done on 10 and 30 kilometers, while there will be three travel opportunities, 5, 10 and 21 kilometers, for those who just want to have fun and spend a leisure weekend in a magical place. The start of the Ganten Monza21 Half Marathon is scheduled for 9 am.

Both events will take place directly on the straights, between the curbs and on the elevated roads of one of the tracks that have made the history of international motoring. If online registrations are now closed, it is still possible to show up at the Autodrome on the day of the event to participate, except for the competitive distances of the Ganten Monza21 Half Marathon . For both events, public access is free. Further information on the weekend in the Temple of Speed is available on the followyourpassion.it website.
