The Handcycling GP Monza PD3R is a prestigious national para-cycling and handbike competition held annually at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, organized by the non-profit association Piccoli Diavoli 3 Ruote (PD3R).
The event brings together both Paralympic and able-bodied athletes, promoting inclusion and high-level sport.
