FORMULA 1: MCLAREN ENDS TWO-DAY TEST AT THE TEMPLE OF SPEED
Second and final day of testing for the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza: for the reigning World Champions, this marked the fourth Testing of Previous Cars (TPC) event with the 2023 MCL60, driven by Test & Development Driver Will Stevens.
The British driver completed 50 laps (287 km), bringing the total distance covered over the two days to 655 km.
Will Stevens, Test & Development Driver for the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, said: “It was a good final day of testing here in Monza with the TPC Team. I made the most of the run plan that was set out for me. We tried a few different set-ups, all of which provided very useful reference points. Driving a Formula 1 car is always a great opportunity, so I would like to thank the team for giving me the chance to get back behind the wheel of the MCL60.”
Also present at Monza was the BWT Alpine Formula 1 Team with Ugo Ugochukwu.
