FORMULA E’S FIRST TIME IN MONZA: PORSCHE PREPARES FOR THE 2026–27 SEASON

A historic weekend for the Autodromo Nazionale Monza and the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. For the first time, a single-seater competing in the all-electric world championship took to the asphalt of the century-old Lombardy circuit.

The event featured Porsche Formula E Team, with its three drivers taking turns behind the wheel of the new GEN4: Germany’s Pascal Wehrlein, fresh from securing his second world title, Switzerland’s Nico Müller and Spain’s Josep Maria Martí.

Set to make its debut in the 2026/27 season, the GEN4 can deliver up to 600 kW (approximately 815 hp) in ATTACK MODE, reach speeds of over 335 km/h (208 mph), accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 1.8 seconds and reach 200 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. Another key innovation is its permanent all-wheel-drive system.
