The recurring rally appointment with the race organized by Vedovati Corse closes the sporting season of the Autodromo Nazionale Monza on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November, and brings a parterre of prestigious members to the Brianza Circuit, with over a hundred drivers at the start of the race.

To be precise, there are 102 cars at the start, which will try to oust Marco Butti from the top step of the podium, winner in 2021 with his VW polo R5 at just 16 years old and present at the starting line also this year in Rally2 class with Hyundai. In the 2022 entry list, the Ford WRC Plus driven by Guido Zanazio together with the navigator Cesare Brusa, and the three WRCs of Fabrizio Fontana, Luigi Fontana and Alberto Sassi stand out. In the parterre also 6 Under 25 and 5 Under 18.

The first of the two days will be dedicated, as usual, to technical and sporting checks starting at 9:30, while from 13 there will be space for the shakedown. In addition, a Free Practice session will be held between 12:25 and 12:55, open to all registered teams and also to sponsors.

The races will instead take place all on Sunday, the decisive day to decree the winner of the sixth edition of the Special Rally Circuit. The program includes four Special Stages, of which two called “Vedovati” of 23.4 km, respectively at 8:38 and 13:37, and two, shorter, called “Special Vedovati”, of 17.3 km, at 11:11 and 16:10. The four stages will therefore make up a mileage of 81.4 km between morning and afternoon and an overall route for pilots and navigators of 83.6 km.

Spectators will be able to access the Circuit on both Saturday and Sunday to follow the event live. Admission will be free, with the payment of parking on Sunday only and with a rate of 15 euros for each car and 5 euros for each motorcycle. The parking ticket must be purchased directly on the day of the event at the entrances of Viale di Vedano and Santa Maria delle Selve.
