CONTINENTAL TITLES DECIDED. NOW THE LAMBORGHINI WORLD FINALS AT THE TEMPLE OF SPEED
The Lamborghini event is gathering momentum at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. Following the crowning of the champions in the three continental Lamborghini Super Trofeo series, tomorrow the Temple of Speed will host the start of the 13th edition of the World Finals, the grand finale of a season that marks a significant milestone in the history of the one-make championship organised by the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based manufacturer.
This will be the last edition of the World Finals featuring the Huracán, before the arrival of the Temerario Super Trofeo, which will become the championship’s sole competing model from 2027 onwards.
In the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, the Pro title went to Kevin Gilardoni and Simone Iaquinta (DL Racing) following a fiercely contested finale against Patrik Fraboni and Silas Rytter of Oregon Team. Micanek Motorsport powered by Buggyra secured a double title victory, winning the Pro-Am class with Bronislav Formanek and Anthony Pretorius, and the Am class with Jakub Knoll and Renaud Kuppens. In the Lamborghini Cup, Peder Demant Møller and Nina Østergaard of DC Motorsport emerged victorious.
In the North American series, Elias De La Torre secured the Pro title alongside Dennis Lind for TR3 Racing. Graham Doyle and Danny Formal celebrated with Wayne Taylor Racing, while David Staab confirmed his dominance in the Am class. The Lamborghini Cup title went to Canadian driver Philippe Touchette, who delivered a winning performance in the season finale with TB Autosports.
In the Asian series, William Tregurtha clinched the Pro title with Batmobile Racing.
